HnD Return and Warranty Policy

PLEASE NOTE: When returning items, please package them properly to prevent damage during shipping. A 25% return fee will be applied to all returned items that are not properly packed. This fee will be deducted from any returns or charged to your card.

30-Day Return:
High ‘N Dry products that have not been worn outside, may be returned for a full refund for any reason. (Ordered the wrong size, didn’t like the pattern, etc.)  Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for all returned items. Refund may take up to 5 business days, after receiving your returned product. All products will be inspected prior to refund approval.

30-Day Exchange:
High ‘N Dry products that have not been worn outside, may be exchanged for any reason. (Ordered the wrong size, didn’t like the pattern, etc.)  Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for all returned items.  Exchanges may take up to 5 business days, after receiving your returned product. All products will be inspected prior to exchange approval.

After 30 Days:
High ‘N Dry products that have not been worn outside, may be returned with a 15% restocking fee.  Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for all returned items.

After 60 Days:
All sales are final.

High ‘N Dry warrants our products to be free from manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the purchase date. If you believe your product to be defective you can get the process started on the form below.  We require that the product be returned to us for testing, warranties cannot be completed via email.  Upon evaluation, we will determine if your product is defective, and if so, we will repair or replace your product at our discretion. A valid sales receipt is required for warranty claims. High ‘N Dry is not responsible for packages lost in transit, so we recommend obtaining a tracking number and insuring your package.

Warranty covers manufacturer’s defects only; damaged gear, punctures, tears, rips, cuts, alteration, accidents and normal wear and tear are not covered. Proper care and maintenance is required. This warranty is limited to recreational use only. Any commercial use, including but not limited to, farming, agriculture, and aquaculture is not covered by our warranty.

High ‘N Dry shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
